澳大利亞管理學院(Australian Graduate School of Management，簡稱AGSM)是澳洲新南威爾士州的兩大學府新南威爾士大學及雪梨大學共同擁有的管理學院。兩家大學本來都有各自的管理學院，及至1999年1月，為加強亞太區及世界教育市場上的競爭力，兩家學校決定成立合資公司，把兩校的管理學院合併。
The AGSM was established in 1977 as a school of the University of New South Wales (UNSW). At that time, the school was named as "the Graduate School of Management", and the campus is located at the north edge of the UNSW campus at Randwick. The main program provided by AGSM is the executive MBA program.
The Graduate School of Business of The University of Sydney (USyd) was established in 1985. The school is not located in the main campus in Newtown, but in a small lodge in McDonald Town. The main programs provided by GSB are the MBA and Master of Management program.
In January 1999, the two graduate schools signed a joint venture agreement on merging their graduate schools of business management, so to share their resources and enhance their strategic position in the Asia Pacific region. After the merging, the Master of Management program from GSB of USyd started to phase out. On the other hand, students enrolled to the program no longer required to study in the main campus of both school, because more resources are located to satellite campuses in City centre as well as other major cities in Australia, as well as in Hong Kong.
Due to the Asian financial crisis at 1998, the income of their graduates dropped dramatically, and thus affected their ranking in the whole. No matter how, AGSM is still the most welcomed school by candidates in Singapore, Hong Kong and Mainland China.
